The Cheer Photographer is a nationally recognized cheer photography brand capturing elite teams, athletes, and programs across the country. We specialize in high-energy media days, team photos, and custom content for cheer gyms and organizations.

We’re looking for a motivated, outgoing sales representative to help us grow by booking media days, team photo days, and special event shoots with cheer gyms nationwide. This is a commission-only role, meaning you earn based on results. There is no base salary, but strong performers can generate meaningful income.

- Reach out to cheer gyms (calls, emails, DMs)  

- Build relationships with gym owners and coaches  

- Pitch our media day and photography services  

- Secure bookings and confirm shoot dates  

- Maintain a simple pipeline of leads and follow-ups  

- Commission-based only (paid per confirmed booking)  

- Commission is paid once a client commitment is secured (signed agreement and confirmed date)  

- No cap on earnings  

- Confident communicators who aren’t afraid to reach out  

- Former cheer athletes, parents, or industry insiders  

- Self-starters who thrive on performance-based income

This is a commission-only, independent contractor role. There is no hourly pay or salary. Compensation is earned only when bookings are secured and confirmed.
